By accessing or using Darts of Fire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the application or multiplayer services.
2. User Accounts & Fair Play
Users must maintain respectful conduct in public and private multiplayer room codes. Attempting to manipulate match scores, exploit server APIs, automate scoring scripts, or disrupt other players' matches is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
3. Subscriptions & VIP Gold Entitlements
- Pro & VIP Plans: Premium features including Burndown mode, Burn Back revenge mechanics, Deep Heatmaps, and full Career Ledger access are unlocked with an active VIP/Pro account or Open Beta trial.
- Billing & Payments: Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or adjust tier features and game balance parameters with reasonable notice to users.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Darts of Fire is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and offline reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of multiplayer sync or real-time web socket connections under poor network conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darts of Fire and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
